Currently we are looking to fill the following positions:

Responsibilities 
  • Manufacture and assemble wiring harnesses and assemblies for ice-resurfacing machines
  • Use small power tools and electronic test equipment to perform various maintenance tasks and determine causes of operating problems
  • Troubleshoot causes of operating problems in ice-resurfacing equipment and vehicles
  • Troubleshoot electrical systems/components and mechanical and hydraulic equipment as needed
  • Repair and replace electrical components
  • Interpretation of computer data
Requirements 
  • Post-secondary education as an electrical technician from an accredited technical school or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum six months of industrial/maintenance experience an asset
  • Experience working on heavy duty equipment an asset
  • Knowledge of basic electrical troubleshooting techniques
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A team player able to establish and maintain effective working relationships
  • Able to perform all essential functions safely and efficiently
  • Regular and predictable attendance
  • Able to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
  • Continuous movement and standing for long periods
  • Ability to follow instructions and procedures and to work independently
Salary

$16-$18 per hour dependent upon experience

Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

Responsibilities
  • Working in a fibreglass environment with body filler
  • Trimming edges of excess fibreglass, disconnecting any parts from the unit that must be removed for the paint process
  • Covering all parts and areas that do not get paint with tape, paper and plastic
  • Sanding and scuffing all areas of the unit that require paint
  • Ability to sand, prepare and fill fibreglass bodies
  • Knowledge of proper sanding procedures is necessary
  • Minor body work/painting is expected 
Requirements
  • 3-5 years experience in a body shop and paint prep environment is preferred
  • A basic understanding of body prep process
  • Body work experience is helpful but not a requirement
  • Painting ability is beneficial
  • Ability to use hand tools including palm sander and file
  • Strong fine motor skills
  • Excellent eye for detail
  • Flexibility as assignments change due to demand
  • Able to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
  • Continuous movement and standing for long periods is required
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Salary

$18-$20 per hour dependent upon experience
